Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times shown by the shipping carrier are estimates and are separate from DALANI's processing time. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

DALANI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and reach out to DALANI so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact DALANI as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and item so we can review the issue.
