Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your DALANI purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. All original tags must still be attached. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items with stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

DALANI is not responsible for returned packages that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Starting a Return

Please contact DALANI before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed. After the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed.
